Going into the first season of a Manager Career, we think we know all the players in the world, including the ones we want for our team.
There are many, many good players that go under the radar that could seriously enhance your team that just go under the radar.
So, the question remains: How do you find those players?
The answer is the Scouting Network.
Let's take a look at how we can make the most of this feature in the FC 24 Manager Career Mode!
How to set up a Scouting Network in EA Sports FC 24 Career Mode?
To set up a Scouting Network, you'll need to navigate to the Transfers tab in your menu.
Once you're in there, you should see the Scouts and Scout Report.
You are allowed to have 6 scouts on your payroll at any given time, so make sure you make the most of them as you can only send one scout to a location for scouting.
Scouts are given two stats: Judgement and Experience.
Higher Judgement allows them to give a better, more detailed and accurate report on the players they scout.
Higher Experience will allow them to find more players that fit the scouting instructions.
Once you're satisfied with your scouting roster, you can click on the available scouts and send them to different places across the world to search for players.
Once you select a country, your scout will look through all of the leagues and teams in that country to find players that fit your instructions.
Now, the only thing remaining is to set up the right scouting instructions!
How to set up Scouting Instructions in EA Sports FC 24 Manager Career Mode?
Scouting Instructions are standing instructions that your active scouts will adhere to when looking for players in their region.
You can set up to 6 scouting instructions at a time based on the player profiles you need.
Each Scouting Instruction allows you to configure the following attributes:
- Position
- Age
- Contract Remaining
- Tactical Fit
- Overall Condition
- PlayStyles
You can set up multiple scouting instructions to get different profiles in your reports, just make sure you don't waste an instruction looking for the same players.
These are the basics needed to set up a good scouting network. We will be delving into more detail about setting them up to find specific players, so make sure to stay tuned to the Articles & Guides page!
