He's now turned his focus to coaching, in his first season Bayer Leverkusen are unbeaten and top of the Bundesliga so far.
Your goal is to replicate his success in the Bundesliga, take your team to glory before returning to a former club to see their success through.

- Create your own Manager named Xabi Alonso and sign with Bayer Leverkusen
- WIN the Bundesliga with Leverkusen in your first season in charge
- Secure a transfer to one of your former clubs (Real Sociedad, SD Eibar, Real Madrid, Liverpool, Bayern Munich)
- Reach a European Competition with a former club within 4 seasons in charge
- Reach the FINALS of the European Competition within 2 seasons
- Win a title with one former club
- You CANNOT reject transfer requests from ANY of your former clubs
