Development Plans for Wingers in EA Sports FC 24
There are FIVE total Development PLans for Wingers:
- Balanced
- Wide Winger
- Inverted Winger
- Support Winger
- Wide Playmaker
We're taking a deep dive into each one starting with:
Balanced Winger
The Balanced Winger plan oversees general growth in stats but doesn't touch Workrates, Weak Foot or Skill Moves.
Here are the specifications of the Balanced Winger Plan:
- Time: 25 Weeks
- Significant Growth: None
- Moderate Growth: ALL Stats
- Small Growth: None
Wide Winger
The Wide Winger plan focuses on rapid growth of a player's Speed, Positioning, Delivery, Movement and Stamina while improving Attacking Workrates, it doesn't touch Skill Moves or Weak Foot.
Here are the specifications of the Wide Winger Plan:
- Time: 17 Weeks
- Significant Growth: Sprint Speed. Att. Position, Crossing, Dribbling, Attacking Workrates
- Moderate Growth: Agility, Ball Control, Stamina
- Small Growth: None
Inverted Winger
The Inverted Winger plan trains a player to be able to cut inside and score goals instead of focusing on playmaking while also boosting their Weak Foot, leaving Workrates and Skill Moves untouched.
Here are the specifications of the Inverted Winger Plan:
- Time: 17 Weeks
- Significant Growth: Sprint Speed, Finishing, Att. Position, Shot Power, Long Shots, Dribbling, Weak Foot
- Moderate Growth: Volleys, Ball Control, Stamina
- Small Growth: None
Support Winger
The Support Winger plan focuses on giving your wide player the ability to track back and win the ball as well as boosting their defensive workrates, leaving Skill Moves and Weak Foot untouched.
Here are the specifications of the Support Winger Plan:
- Time: 19 Weeks
- Significant Growth: Acceleration, Long Shots, Crossing, Short Pass, Interceptions, Reactions, Defensive Workrates
- Moderate Growth: Vision, Ball Control, Stamina
- Small Growth: None
Wide Playmaker
The Wide Playmaker plan is aimed towards giving wingers the ability to beat defenders and find the final pass into the box by boosting their passing stats as well as their Skill Moves while leaving Workrates and Weak Foot untouched.
Here are the specifications of the Wide Playmaker Plan:
- Time: 9 Weeks
- Significant Growth: Acceleration, Att. Position, Crossing, Long Pass, Short Pass, Dribbling, Skill Moves
- Moderate Growth: Vision, FK. Accuracy, Stamina
- Small Growth: None
